What is Not Covered?
- Accidental damage (drops or spills).
- Consumables (Ink cartridges, Toner, Drums).
- Damage from using non-compatible ink/toner.
- Third-party software or driver conflicts.
How to File a Claim
Should you encounter any hardware issues within 45 days of delivery, follow these steps:

This warranty starts from the date of delivery confirmed by the tracking number. We reserve the right to replace faulty units with an equivalent or upgraded model depending on stock availability.
